Sustainability Policy

The Director is firmly committed to doing all that is reasonably practicable to minimise the negative and maximise the positive environmental, social and economic aspects of the business activities and achieve continual improvement through the setting of objectives and targets that are reviewed annually. Current objectives include supporting the next generation of event managers through developing best-in-class University courses, providing work experience opportunities, working remotely where possible, reducing transport-related emissions where travel is necessary, minimising waste generation and increasing the sourcing of sustainable materials and equipment.

The Director has overall responsibility for ensuring that we maintain high standards of sustainability. However, we rely on our associates to play their part in implementing our policy and drawing to our attention areas in which we can improve.

We recognise the importance of managing our sustainability aspects in terms of where we work, the work we do and how we do it. It is a particular priority for us to ensure that we select only competent personnel and monitor their adherence to our company Principles and Values on an ongoing basis.
